Lovely Art Deco sterling silver hand mirror, made by Henry Matthews of Birmingham, c-1926. The mirror features an engine turned design with central cartouche, being of good quality throughout. Condition is good used, with several shallow depressions evident throughout from a lifetime of enjoyment. The backing is well bonded to the mirror, with the mirror 99% free from spotting and corrosion. The piece is free from monogram or crest, with the hallmarks about 70% overall (fading in places). A nice piece for the collection.
